Why we started
We experienced the problem firsthand. As members of the diaspora, we know the desire to build a home and invest back home—and the challenges that can stand in the way. We saw qualified borrowers struggle to access mortgages because verifying income and financial information across borders was difficult. We brought our experience together to solve a problem we knew firsthand. Asili Mortgage was born to bridge that gap—helping banks verify diaspora borrowers and make confident lending decisions.
Asili Mortgage is a technology and mortgage facilitation business. It does not lend money, issue mortgages, hold client funds, or make final credit decisions. All lending is performed by licensed financial institutions.
