1.What we collect

To check your affordability and build a file for a bank:

  • Name, email, and a phone number if you give one
  • Where you live and where you want to buy
  • Employment status, employer, role and time in role
  • Income and currency
  • Loan amount, deposit and property details
  • Loans you're already repaying

We never ask for your national ID number, passport number, account number or any password.

2.Why

One purpose: to work out whether you're likely to meet a bank's criteria, and to build the application if you are.

We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

3.Who sees it

Inside Asili, only the people working on your file. Outside, a licensed bank once you've explicitly consented, plus the providers who verify your income, employment and identity.

Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

4.What we never do

  • Sell your data or share it with brokers.
  • Send it to a bank you haven't agreed to.
  • Use it to make a credit decision. We don't make those.

5.How we protect it

[Security measures — pending the information-security review]

6.How long we keep it

[Retention period for funded mortgages — to be confirmed]

[Retention period for withdrawn or declined applications — to be confirmed]

7.Your rights

  • See a copy of what we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that's wrong.
  • Have it deleted, minus anything we're legally required to keep.

8.Contact us

Email info@asilimortgage.com and tell us what you want. We'll confirm and explain what happens next.

Asili Mortgage is a technology and mortgage facilitation business. It does not lend money, issue mortgages, hold client funds, or make final credit decisions. All lending is performed by licensed financial institutions.
