How long does it take?

Which countries do you cover?
Borrowers in Germany, the UAE, the UK, the US, Canada and Australia, buying in their country of origin. Not listed? Ask us and we'll tell you straight.
Which banks do you work with?
We'll name them once agreements are signed, and not before. Every mortgage is issued by a licensed bank, never by Asili.
Is my data safe?

What if the bank says no?
We tell you as soon as we know, and explain the reason in plain language if the bank gives one. Usually it is something specific and fixable. You can reapply later, or ask us to delete your data.
What does it cost me?

Asili Mortgage is a technology and mortgage facilitation business. It does not lend money, issue mortgages, hold client funds, or make final credit decisions. All lending is performed by licensed financial institutions.
